UK Delivery Times
Dispatch can be up to 10 working days. Although we aim to dispatch much sooner we do allow for out of stock items or any other unforeseen circumstance. If your item will be delayed longer than 5 working days we will contact you Via Email.
International Delivery Times
Depending on your location items can take up to 4 weeks to arrive
We understand that privacy is important to Ann Summers customers. To ensure your saucy secret is kept from your neighbours, children or even parents, we use the utmost discretion in packaging your order for shipment. . Products are mailed in bubble-wrap envelope, plain mailing bag or a plain box (depending on the nature and/or size of your order). Please be aware that our Dance Poles are not wrapped.
You can return any item of lingerie within 14 days of order for a refund or to exchange it for a different size or colour. Items received after this can be exchanged for another product or credit note - if no exchange details are given a credit note will be automatically issued.
Please note that all items returned must be in their original unopened packaging with all labels and tags still attached. Due to hygiene and security reasons, certain items can't be returned unless faulty, unfit for purpose, not as described or of an unsatisfactory quality. All goods will be inspected on return. The following items are non returnable unless in their original packaging and unused
It's very important that when you return an item, you include the invoice that was sent with your order - this will have been emailed to you upon placing your order. Any refund will be issued to the card used to make the original purchase. Please allow 5 -10 working days for the funds to show in your account. In the unlikely event that we are unable to provide a replacement we will automatically refund you and let you know via email. Please ensure the item is returned via a traceable postage option.
